Join me as I demonstrate how to dry brush. This anti-aging secret increases cell turnover, improves circulation, and reduces cellulite. Hooray! Mio Natural Body Brush www.amazon.com...
Hi there the BBC recently did a trial overseen by GPs to test cellulite treatments , dry brushing came out top and the results were amazing, it even surprised the medics overseeing the trial ! Angie from UK x
Hi Angie! Welcome to my channel! Hooray! :))) Yes, Dry Brushing is surprisingly effective for cellulite treatment. Furthermore, it's ridiculously inexpensive. A good dry brush is 12-30$ US and will last for years! It also helps with circulation and cell renewal. Consistency is key, of course, like any good beauty regimen. My next video I'm posting is specifically about various cellulite treatments. It's everything from surgery and Endermologie treatments to foam rolling and dry brushing. It should be out next week. I hope you watch that one. :) Thanks again for your comments! xo Darnell
Darnell thank you I had my first dry brush tonight it was amazing how soft the skin was after! I did a shea butter body wrap masque after shower!! You are amazing and a goddess love your channel!
Great video! You look amazing. I've been dry brushing for years now, and I've hardly any cellulite. I never thought to do my armpits :-) It makes you feel so good too. I've just subscribed. Will you update if you find anymore anti-ageing home gadgets? Do you still like the Nuface? Is the wrinkle attachment worth it? I'm undecided between Nuface or Ziip. I am however going to get the Nurse Jamie uplift. Thanks!
Thank you so m much for subscribing! YAY! Yes, I do still like the NuFace. I have yet to try Ziip. I'll research it and get back to you. And yes, I do love the red light attachment. It's great for decolletage and to speed up the healing of bruises.
There is also a cheaper one on Amazon that looks good. www.amazon.com/Silk-Vitality-Cleansing-Exfoliating-Cleaning/dp/B07731ZL4G/ref=sr_1_42_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1525034031&sr=8-42&keywords=facial+dry+brush
Hi! Thank you so much! So sweet! To answer your question, yes, I totally do the breast area - slightly rougher strokes underneath and between the breasts though.
Yes. They have dry brushes with detachable handles. I must say though, it's difficult to do circular motions with the handle. Sometimes I have my husband do it for me.
:)) Okay, I'll make sure when I shoot in my bathroom again I'll show a better angle. Maybe I'll just do an iPhone video and post it on my Instagram. Thanks of much!
I know! LOL! I'm such a dork! Hahaha! Almost all of my videos are 1 take and unscripted. Sometimes I do get a bit tongue-tied. LOL. I'm glad it made you chuckle! :)
Thank you so much! This is the exact brush. It’s by Mio. You might also check amazon to compare prices. www.net-a-porter.com/ca/en/product/535472/mio_skincare/natural-dry-body-brush
Hi! Definitely before. You want your skin completely dry. When you dry brush, it often causes the dry skin to flake off, so it's best to do it just before you shower or bathe. xo
Hi! This is not a miracle treatment (sigh). It takes a lot to reduce the appearance of cellulite. This is one step, that when done consistently, will help to minimize the appearance. It's really good for cell turn-over and circulation as well!
I have a dry brush kit from a company called Sense Sation, which includes a long handled brush that really helps get to those hard to reach places. @sensesation
Wow!...ok so i was busy looking at your figure but did you mention your age in this video? If yes how old are you again? And one more question how many years are you doing dry brushing? Is it the reason you look young and have a younger looking skin?
Hi! Thank you so much! You are so sweet! I am 50 years old. I've been dry brushing for years now. It's only one of the many reasons for the condition of my skin. I'm extremely consistent with my skincare routines. I hope you watch "My Nightly Skincare Routine" and "My Morning Skincare Routine" videos. :))
Your skin should start looking better within a few weeks. Be consistent though. And remember, it's not only good for the appearance of your skin, it's also great for your health.
Dry brushing is good for creating micro-tears in the skin, removing hydration, exacerbating excema, and leaving the skin more prone to infection. Especially if done regularly. Coming from a medical doctor.
