Just finished making this. though i'm waiting for completely cool it down but my family members are already start to taste & it is really yummy, everyone appreciated..thank goes to u :)
I tried this recipe mam. I was really afraid as I thought I might spoil this because I am new into cooking. But to my surprise it turned out to be really awesome. Everyone liked it. Lots of love to you.❤️
Thanks a lot ! I made it. Chikki is expensive when you buy it from outside and it's not as healthy and tasty when you make it at home. We used to buy Chikki very frequently as we love it. So all thanks to you for sharing this recipe. I wouldn't buy it from outside any more. The trick is in the sugar solution for Chikki to come out successful and you showed it by dropping the hot sugar solution in water to crack easily. I tried making it many times earlier but it always used to become rubber instead of crunchy tasty Chikki 😔. Never knew the trick is in the sugar solution. Thanks once again ! Obliged ! 🙂🙂

Thank you so much for Mix Nuts recipe. You explain step by step very well. I really appreciated. I have one question, when I use butter paper or parchment paper should I have to grease them with oil? Generally I used thick plastic and grease with very little oil. I would like to try with butter paper or parchment paper. Pl. advice. Thank you in advance for your help.
Ghee sounds so wrong for chikki. If all the chikki I have eaten as a child had ghee they would have never been eaten. i hate ghee and chikki never had ghee. I used vegan butter. It worked. Thanks for the recipe.
Archana..I tried this but it came out being powdered and joined together instead of becoming bars. Feels like granola though taste is good.what could have gone wrong?
