Hershey Park's Dry Gulch Railroad was founded in 1961, and has operated in the park ever since, using 3 different engines over the years, all three have been 4-4-0 American type steam locomotives. The Scooter, and the Janelle are still in the park, and in active service. They are a 2 foot gauge railroad, meaning the distance between the rails is 2 feet. We see 4-4-0 Janelle operate the parks regular trains, she sure puts on a grand show for our cameras!
Don't forget to comment, rate, and subscribe for plenty of great railroading action from all across the eastern United States.
