I was there with LI Reef association and asked Andrew about adding bacteria , he told me he does not . Is anyone adding bacteria with success? Thank you for these discussions.

Halide is NOT coming back, but people NEVER stopped doing water changes. Just a small percentage did - the entire hobby didn’t shift

many of coral growers like tip shelf , aci are going back to some combo led halide. halides on 4 to 5 hrs peak only. And the fixtures are not as hot as originals.

@@PoloReefbut those are commercial entities, not hobbyists. And it’s still it’s just a handful of the commercial entities at best.
