Words of advice in your next video part that hair in 4 and apply grease or oil to every section and then start scratching from the back of the head until you get to the front.

Those flakes are uber-fake. That is wax not dandruff.

It could be corn flour when it's wet it's firm and thick would easily be put on head without mixing in the hair.When it drys out which takes sometime it looks exactly like this.
