In Eberron the Most Powerful Druid is a Treant, which means the Treant's 20,000 year lifespan is more like 200,000 years.

Dryad creature from Skyrim is called a Spriggan

Spriggans are different. They are protective of animals. Dryads are focused on either a specific tree, or sometimes a whole grove

How awesome would it be if a Dryad formed from a tree, and then the tree over time becomes a Treant. Youd have a very mobile Dryad, and a Treant that might become curious to leaving the forest to look for other beautiful things.

hearing about the Ent´s birth I can already imagine an adventure where the party is invited by elves to a festival awaiting the awakening of an ent! THAT COULD BE SO RAD!!!!!! hobgoblins, bandits or a necromancer could try to disrupt the festival to corrupt the tree or steal a seed or elixir that only appears at that moment....

Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica's Selesnya conclave/guild is implied to be led by a "dead" treant (un-awakened tree) and it's bonded dryads.

Yes you can. If i remember correct. First cast spell on normal tree what bring dryad to life. When you cast spells what awakening tree or animal.

Would it be feasible to have a dryad choose a tree what then becomes a tree ent and so the dryad follows the tree ent as a scout for incoming dangers? Would like to run something like what happened in golden sun 1 with the sick tree the party had to go inside and heal
