hello, can you help me with the settings? I have the same monitor, only doorbell DS-KD8003-IME1(B). the problem is that the photos are stored on the monitor. However, when I look on my phone to see who called, (0:53) in your video, the photos do not load. there is simply the HIKVISION logo in the frame. The screen itself is set to save photos.
