@shapestation4347 what I've seen he always presses buttons or tries and just isn't patient ik sometimes players give eachother turns after pressure but he's just not patient and just slams his hooves
It's most interesting whenever he plays against a character he usually plays as, because he can't use the excuses of "that move's OP" and "this character is busted, you win every time"

Yes for the past year or so hes been using that excuse.. no other good players have issues with “pattern play” but dsp cant take a few minutes to figure out how to beat the pattern he has lost to hundreds of times in the past year. Censoring is swears certainly makes his anger seem more righteous but it actually is. Like if you just hear him swearing out right, it sounds like a kid, whereas if you're forced to guess what he's saying on your own, you might accidentally make it eloquent

Ok so when he's against the DJ he uses EX psycho crusher and then DJ jabs him. he says "He can't jab that" well first off, he did and second it says counter hit on the side of the screen after he does that. Meaning Phil did psycho crusher then tried to perform another move and DJ just jabbed to get out a faster move. He still refuses to admit he makes mistakes, but what else is new about phil?
He calls them scrubs, pattern players and button pushers(really Dave?) but he’s the one losing to them over and over again. What does that make him really?
phil has played street fighter for over 20 years and still hasn't learned that jabs and low kicks are there to break your opponents combo and then for opening up your opponent to a combo. i don't even play 2D fighters and one comment from some random told me this and i wa slike yeah it checks, legit! took me an hourto learn this, phil is on his 20th year and still don't get it. also usually pro players don't mix up or try to show off they are there to win and they will only mix things up if their playstyle gets heavily defended against and counter attacked. but not phil, he needs to have his "RPG turn based turn"

Its so infuriating to hear him complain that hes losing to pattern play.. if you know the pattern and can call it out so easily, why not find a counter? He would win 99% of his matches if he just took a few minutes to find a proper counter or at least a few options to play against it. But hes too busy bitching to focus on the game. That cammy played him like a fiddle.

"Cammy is for slow people" Ahhh yes the Cammy player that has to land like 8 throws or 6 light confirms because of the scaling nerfs. Meanwhile Bison up here getting 70% from EX Devils Reverse, a full 40+% combo on EX Crusher which is safe or plus (depending) and says nope to projectiles AND it's unreactable and the 2 button hyper god with st.HP that's plus and absurd range and DR (the best DR in game btw) into st.HK into guess city. Yep yep yep nothing hippocrictical at all there. That's also not taking into account Bike Kicks. Phil just can't catch a break. Even the Capcom balance team are targeting him.
