Btw I am that Ryu and Ken. He beat my Ryu, who I was messing around with. He kept disconnecting (home screen on PS) to avoid the runback. Then he came across my Ken and learned the hard way. He says "bad connection" when this dude legit lives like 40 mins away from me. That's right, we live in the same state. He is the worst definition of a sore loser. I'm actually trying to play some legit games (as shown with me waiting) and he's just constantly whining. He also od blanka balls every chance he gets, and talks about unsafe wakeups from his opponents lmao. Thanks to memology for all this!
Well you just proved his point d00d. By being within 40 min you’re “making the connection too good.” That “makes the net code perform worse.” (Obligatory sarcasm disclaimer)
He never was allowed to trash LTG to begin with. LTG could do anything and he'd still be leagues ahead of DSP in life. DSP is a slob, at least LTG takes care of himself. Plus LTG is entertaining sometimes. DSP was funny once, and it got him banned from blip TV or whatever (the infamous dead space 2 stream)
DipShytPhil is the undisputed master of walking into wakeup supers and EXs. Like I've seen new players learn to cautiously approach a downed opponent with meter, yet Philburt with all his infinite 4th Place at EVO 2005 wisdom will just shove his face into every wakeup level 3 he can and be completely baffled that it happened.
@@Commanderflynn If a downed opponent has meter or bar, they may use an OD/super move as a wake-up since they can only be blocked if you see them coming. And if you're in burnout, it's chip damage. So the rule of thumb in SF6 is to never go in burnout unless it's for a round-ending combo.
@@TheLaurelCrown Ah gotcha, so same principle just using meter to wake up instead of super. I thought that meant getting in using meter while they woke up for i-frames or something
Just that idea, which is so simple, really drives him wild because it's simply true. It's his juvenile gaslight exposed. What about their dropped inputs, even if his excuses are true?
How would he know his opponents inputs are being dropped or not and why would he complain for the opponent? You people just say shit regardless of how much sense it makes.
You know? as someone who played SF6 for two days (tekken player for 7 years), I can sympathize with why he thinks game drops his inputs. I felt that way when trying to do combos. Though it is a problem when the execution of a 2-day noob matches that of an Evo champ, LMAO
@Kaahthulu for real lol dudes got noodle arms. Idk how he can be that Jabba-ish and yet have the most pathetic lack of muscle at the same time. It shows he really never leaves rhe house or does anything physical other than his prestream routine (oh the cameras on? Cameras been on the whole time huh?)
That arcade stick was already counting his blessings in a corner of the closet but then the door opened, a snort sounded and a larger than average dented head appeared to take it back for more punishment and suffering. RiP Stick
His cash cows don’t know you can see counters on the screen. Or that this game is rollback based and he complains like it’s delay based. Not to mention the “positive streams” yet he curses and complains ALL MATCH unless he’s winning. Classic trash tier gamer. Never change Phil.
The only matches he actually likes are the ones where the opponent basically lets himself get perfected. If it's a relatively fair match, Dave complains that they're using unfair moves or that the net code is bad.
@@floatinghamsticklol he already has. Too good of an internet connection is also a problem and creates dropped inputs and lag. Makes perfect sense dood
I’m betting 2 minutes. Phil can’t begin to comprehend the magnitude of real detractors and trolls. Wings and Cyraxx trolls are brutal. Jason Genova’s Pisstroopers would eat him alive.
It's even funnier when you remember Phil himself said prior to queuing up that he expected to lose more due to being gone since mid-January... and that he was playing Casual over Ranked so he could get back into the groove of things? Yeah he's mental.
Guy who was blasted online for completely misunderstanding and misrepresenting the Rollback netcode will once again tell us how Rollback netcode works and why it always screws him and only him over every single game.
6:40 This right here is what annoys me most about Phil playing fighting games. "I can't block on reaction because of the connection", Ryu's crouching HK is a *9 FRAME* startup animation. For reference in the Tekken community people say a move needs to be around 20-22 frames for it to be "seeable", AKA you can see the startup animation and can react in time to counter it. No human on Earth can react to Ryu's cr. HK and yet he blames the lag.
Like I always said in previous comments, Phil is OBSESSED with "style over substance" because he wants to play impressive games with blocks on reaction and aggressive fundamentals with no regards for mind games, turns and resource management. What Phil calls "pattern play" are literally the combos you can do with enough Drive, bars and the right cancels while his gameplan as Blanka is always Drive Rush into Throw or pulling the same BnB combo. He is the definition of an amateur basketball player who's fixated with 3-pointers and slam dunks because they look good and stylish rather than playing with his team and going for the basic two-pointers.
Seeing Phil get pummeled after being a smug ass is the most satisfying thing ever. Can't stand a narcissist let alone one who thinks he's good at SF6, WHEEZE
This is why Phil will always be on level 1. His idea of "learning" is any time he wins. Anyone else can learn by reading a guide, testing their skills in practice mode, or using their eyes to see what beat them. Not Phil. Instead he'll complain about how impossible it is to learn how to play the game even though everyone else seems to manage it just fine.
@@ledgy69 For a normie that never touched fighting games that would be impressive, for a dude that's been playing FG's for almost 30 years that's super slow, hell i have a friend that got to tekken god in a 2 week span, he started playing tekken on 90's..
It needs to be highlighted that FilI was for quite some time sitting at 14 bucks in tithes, but all of a sudden there came in two 50 buck tithes literally at the same time, one by "Anonymous" and the other by Adam Raxxor, then getting basically nothing for the rest of the stream. Totally not a pre-arranged whale-out, like during the last few streams, I am sure. By the way, the Dent Divers stream was also very clearly pre-supported as FilI was going clown mode almost from the very beginning AND with no tips, but during a very short span of time getting almost 200 bucks, with 100 being from OIC and 20 from Dan The Dent. Totally not kept alive by basically one person, trust me. One of the best ways for uncovering if a donator is just OIC under a sock identity is to see the amounts as basically only he tips in single 50 and 100 bucks donations. Also, if it is some never before seen user name that supposedly is a completely new fan that just felt compelled to drop three figures and never watch again, is also a good tell.
@@omegaweapon116 I dont think you got the point, flicker jabs are fast and can come from all angles but the trade off is they hit like 85yr old lady, people use them more as a distraction/setup tool than an "traditional jab" per say.
OH MY GOD, PHIL!!! PLAY THE FUCKIN' ROUND, LOSE IT AND THEN YOU COMPLAIN!!! NOT WHEN YOU'RE IN THE CORNER!!! Seriously, this has got to be the most Phil-tarded thing since the Master Luke beatdown in the lobby. P.S. of course he complains about lacking the "character knowledge" with Ed even though there has been tons of videos about his gameplay (Capcom included) and Momochi has reached the Legend 1st place thanks to him. Phil expected to pick up and play and pulling some Undertaker-style streak
"Act like a normal human, and you won't get banned" Act like a normal human = Don't disagree with his bullshit when he's babyraging at a damn video game.
Rusty? No he’s dog shit regardless even if he plays for months / years. He’s just not good at video games and blames the net code / lag in a game that shows when you are countered. Imagine talking about rollback based net code like it’s delay, and your cash cows buy it and just can’t buy that you suck at fighting games.
He will be permanently "rusty" now so he doesn't have his ego smashed in ranked, and just lazily try to milk the last pennies outta SF in casual. I'd make a large wager on that anyday
He’s not rusty, he’s trash at fighters. His brain dead viewers don’t know that you can see counters on the screen. So he complains about lag on a rollback based game and they buy it. Positive streams all day baby, complaining the ENTIRE time he’s in a match unless he’s winning. Classic.
@Grandobzen exactly. Look at his old vids and he's insufferable when he wins and look at him now and he's so whiny when he loses. It's why the fgc never liked him
He had that same talk to KKKirk, then the next day, miraculously, could not recall him being banned when he was back in the chat and his audience questioned it. He is so full of shit it's incredible.
"How can I learn the character if my moves don't come out!?" Maybe clean up your execution, Dave. You've always been a sloppy input player. If the moves aren't coming out, you're either inputting the commands wrong or you're getting stuffed by frame data (something you know nothing about).
It’s so bizarre to hear Phil talk about “online” as if everyone else hauls their computers to their friends for a LAN party every time they want to play SF.
It's so bizarre when he blames his lack of character knowledge as though it's somehow the game's fault. "He's only beating me because of stuff I don't know". No shit. So is everyone else.
Wait, isn't he the same person who called LTG "unmanly", among other colorful words, because LTG rage quits? Or did LTG plug for the wrong reason, unlike evo champ dsp?
It's crazy how he acts like he's been completely turned off from talking about wrestling because of the detractors yet he admitted himself he still plays WWE champions. You'd think if anything he'd quit the game if he was so bothered by it.
