Couldn't parkour down to get the Fingerprint Shield. Use the Lord of Blood remembrance to get runes. Chat held his hand with Blood Fiend Arm.

the best way to beat it is to use a shield and a spear that stacks bleed. block and hit at the same time.

Well at the end Phil used a weapon that took like 10% health per hit, and claimed he didn't cheese the boss 😂

In DSPs defence consort radahn is just one of those bosses you dont fight fairly and cheesing is 100% justified. The best way to beat him is to get yourself a good pokey stick like antspur rapier and a good shield like fingerprint stone shield and just hide behind it the entire fight and poke him to death.

His moveset is extremely hard to learn due to all the visual clutter but they’re all very dodgeable moves, except for his 1-2 cross slash which is basically impossible to dodge completely without being in a specific position and dodge in a specific way

You can technically beat him like any other boss. Every move except the cross slash is managable. I just did a Rellana run where I beat him with her twin blades. It just takes forever and is frankly not very fun due to me being on a timer (cross slash). That said, everybody can play the game however they want and use whatever they want. One can even one-shot Radahn if they want to. There are tons of extremely strong weapons and spells that make this fight a lot more bearable. Bloodfiends arm and impenetrable thorns are just some of them.

I did the antspur thing. I had no idea it was a widely used thing. I was just desperate to get rid of Radahn. Though I used blood tax and blocked when I could.

Watching people like this play gives me a new perspective on my skill level. It took me like 7 or 8 tries to beat this guy.

@@uncoomf3279 It wasn't any meta build, it was a probably pretty unoptimized faith/STR build, I remember I used scarlet rot right in the beginning which really messes him up in the first half, and then I used that new discus spell that spins in place. Had a greatshield on too.
