I have a doubt please someone solve In question no.1 AO asked to file return on 24.2.24 for AY 23-24 but last date to file return is 31july 2024 then how AO serve the notice before due date

Very informative video .every concept is well explained ..by the way I am a his student of regular class batch also ..I skip AP chapter at regular classes and now watching his fast track classes...he teaches exactly same in regular classes as he is teaching in fast-track batch ...

Sir, If intimation order u/s 143(1) for the AY 2023-24 received in October 2023, if assessee wants to rectify the intimation order, that intimation order can be rectified.. if yes, last date to make an application for rectification of intimation order is 31-03-2028 (i,e 4years from the FY in which the ROI is filled)... is this correct???

Q no 1 : EIH pvt Ltd...in regular batch ans was as per CIT vs Tony electronic ltds ( AO can rectify ) Here in fast-track ans is AO can't rectify ???as matter is subject to CIT (A) Kindly guide which to follow??

Any order that is a subject matter of appeal or revision cannot be rectified. Additionally any point or matter of a notice which is under appeal or revision cannot be rectified. The rectification can be done against other matters or points of order. To sum it up appellate authorities order will at all times prevail order of AO.
