DTC you can add multiple sensor like even current or voltage as temperature sensor having more options like graph, control, alarm etc more details are in manul. Still if you need something you can ask me.

NO,2 controller device id is 1 and 2 address will be the same i.e.D1050 .you need drum sequence prog to move the value

Please check what value it shows in 1012H and 1013H register You can also set it If it shows 100 and current is not 20mA then device must be faulty

Addressing of dtc will be chenge viz k1,k2,k3,k4,k5. But you also need drum sequncer otherwise your PLC show faulty value

For dtc and hmi direct 485 communication can be establish. And for hmi and plc use 232 communication.
