Very informative video. Few questions below. When can the developer start selling and registering these plots? What happens if the developer fails to obtain NOC in three years and the approval becomes invalid, In that case what happens to already registered land on customers name?
After getting DTLP/ LP number, Layout permission number, Developer can sell the plots. That is first approval... Later second approval is final approval.. For NOC of mortgage... That is called as final layout approval copy. And moreover as per RERA(Real estate Regulatory Authority Act) Says Developer should sell only after getting DTLP & RERA certificate... If NOC is not obtained... Govt can take over the project and blocklist the developer.... And all the details have been given in another video on "MORTGAGE". Pls watch it again... Thanks,

You can sell buy plots. Even if it is not obtained NOC of Final layout or mortgage release. but when it comes to NOC, developer gets remark and he may be blocked to do other projects, the only challenge is govt has to clear NOC to start constructions in that particular. Good question andi. Once layout ki permission LP Number vachina tharvatha Layout ni Change cheyadaniki ledu. Change cheyakudadu... Ala cheste Mortgage release avvadu... And seller,company ni Blocklist lo pedatharu, alanti Sellers,company builder, next direct ga kani indirect ga kani ventures cheyadaniki ledu. That is DTCP Layout rules & RERA rules.
