You inspired me to bite the bullet. My wife and I have pretty much started dtf when you you started with the 8550. I somehow missed the L1800 upgrade because I definitely would have done that too!!I’m looking forward for the new printer to come in. Epson has been good to us and we have been really good to them. Four printers later, but I’m ready to step it up. Thanks again for the video and inspiration.
AWESOME ❤. I am happy for you. I was looking my eyes out…. I would have called my hubby to set it up 😅. Keep up the good work and i would love to see more dtf and uv printing videos. 😊
I'm excited about this! I've been loving using DTF transfers I've purchased- they're so easy to "press and play!" I love my et8550 I converted for sublimation- incredible quality and it just works! Super interested to have a DTF version of it without paying like 10,000+ for a huge dtf printer!
hey i love printers too, i have been doing my research on dtf and uv printers but i was timid, but after seeing your videos its giving me confidence. the other printer am researching is wide format eco solvent
So nice! I need DTF to get basic crafter friendly lol 😝 Someone is going to make bank when they figure out how to make white toner of any sort low maintenance. Can’t wait to see what you make with the Pro A3!
Really enjoyed your video. But I’m going to leave it to professionals like yourself. Which is the reason for my comment. How do I contact you about making transfer for me
I ordered prints from a local person to me, and after the first wash the print cracked. Do these crack with any wash setting? I know some say cool wash only but if you don't do they crack?
My prints have never cracked. I have shirts over 2 years old using DTF and they still look like they were pressed yesterday. It’s possibly, they weren’t cured correctly…or maybe DTF wasn’t used. There shouldn’t be cracking.
So, the converted ones are lot of work compared with this one right? Is better then to save and get one of these and not spend extra time with the others
Yes you have to know how to work the printer, a lot of issues are user end but gets blamed on procolored, started with the L1800 and now have this printer also…be careful that print head doesn’t strike film as it could scratch it and will have to be replaced.
@@jessicaipes6982 I ended up getting the Procolored pro. I’ve had a few issues with shipping, but customer service has been very responsive and helpful. The error was made here in New Jersey not in China where the actual printer came from. I ordered the shaker that came from New Jersey and they messed up and sent an oven instead. I’m now feeling a little intimidated with the software installment, hoping to find a video that will walk me through it.
Not too loud. When I leave the room, I can faintly hear it in the next room over with the door open. If I have the shaker and oven on, the machines hums…but the flapper hitting the paper makes the most noise of the entire setup. It doesn’t bother me and closing the door would definitely block most of the sound.
HI! I just received my printer and am having a heck of a time. The start up software is all in another language. I noticed yours was in English, do you think you could talk me through changing the language on mine?
How would you handle maintenance care/issues if you were to go out of town/vacation? Thats my only concern, and I wish they had automatic maintenance like sublimation printers
I've gone on several trips (up 2 weeks) and I've had no major issues. I've only have to run a few print head cleanings before printing. They have a coating that you can put under the printhead to keep it moist.
Hello, it seems like you have everything I would like to get lol. I am glad you got this printer because I just bought this and hope to learn from you. How has it been going so far?
Does this printer have the printhead strike protection or suction vents to keep the film flat and away from printer? Trying to decide on this brand or another.
Hi Patrice. Could you tell me if the Procolored ProRip software has the ability to que multiple prints? Also, have you tried printing to this printer with any other Rip Software like Cadlink, AcroRip or EKprint studio?
Awesome, thank you. I have been trying to decide between this and the one from custom breations. But having 220 was holding me back. Must be a typo from china
@CraftableThings I love watching and learning about crafting. I just end up wanting everything, and I know I will be retiring soon, then moving to my forever home. Just thinking about moving my craft supplies has my anxiety crying
I’m soooo stressed out with this I got it to print and now it’s not printing 😩😩 it’s once I put RIP it saids completed but nothing prints . 😢 and no answer from them … any advice I’ve already reinstalled the software
do you have this printer? make sure that you have space on the computer. also, check the printer management software. it will tell you why the printer isn't printing.
