Today, I take you guys along as we revamp the lights on the DTS with some brand new 6000K HIDs, as well as some 6000K LED fog lights! We also clean up the lenses a bit, and I show you guys the process of replacing the HID bulbs. It was good to have the DTS back in a video, so thanks for watching, and enjoy! :D

You don't need to take the bumper off, just two plastic trim pieces and a few bolts to move it aside a little. The wheelwell liner just needs a few retainers removed to be partially pushed aside to get access to one headlight nut and one bumper bolt.

How do you wet sand? I would like to do the same for our DTS. Is there some product you can buy? or is it just a certain kind of sand paper? Enjoyed the video, love the DTS so much!

Nice! But I think you forgot to change the 194 parking light bulbs! That’s the small circle on the light close to the grill

@@bryanjackson90 Actually they’re 2825 bulbs! Same shape as the 194 but brighter.

Hi ..I was wondering if by any chance u would know why the headlight won't work, so we changed the ballast to a new one (2009dts Cadillac) and it worked for a couple of days , stopped...so we thought it was the harness becuz when we looked it was rusted , water had gone in the headlight, got another harness and still nothing...and yes they are so expensive 🙄 any tips please... Thank u Need help all the way from Houston texas
