Oh yes.. the bigger the more expensive. And the better quality the more expensive especially the top end shashimi grade ones. Shashimi grade ones are harvested, processed, packaged and shipped immediately to maintain freshness. I know Raymond do sell shashimi grade ones in the past but not sure now if they still do, maybe they do. The ones usually served at the cheap buffet, eat all you can, steamboat joints are so tiny and not shashimi grade. So yes, one need to pay for quality products. Thanks for watching 🙏🥰
