addressing general queries here cause I'm getting too many comments about it: ✿ my category is UR (general) ✿ my raw score was 746, reduced to 728 during normalisation ✿ my course is b.a (hons) philosophy ✿ I got this in the first round of counselling itself (froze my seat after 1st cutoff, didn't upgrade) ✿ I absolutely cannot predict what college you will get based on your marks, nobody can. ✿ I do not endorse in anybody paying somebody to make their preference lists. preference list is very personalized and should only be made by you after a lot of deliberation & contemplation. have a good day!

As an ISC humanities student, I can confirm how hard it was. It can still not be compared to how little you guys got time. Getting a 728 is way too good. I'm so grateful for your videos, they are like a gem for DU aspirants in the coal mine world of college videos on RU-vid. Your efforts are really appreciable. Can you please also make a video regarding how can one manage to get admission in the hostel?

Hey I have a doubt is it necessary to align all the college in a mixed format like u said that u have done ur preference in a mixed manner like u choose first course+college then some other second course+college If we make our preference list like one course and all of its college is it wrong??? So there was a huge mistake on my CSAS application form where w rong document was submitted in place of class 12 marksheet. Does it mean that my application will stand rejected or will there be any scope to edit it later on? ( payment is already done)kindly help me out here. Thanks

You got 728 that's HUGE , Zoya I am pretty sure you got more colleges in this marks and not only Miranda , so how do you choose then, ofc your preference was miranda maybe thats why but first list mai hi you got chance to choose between some colleges or you waited for more rounds? And if you waited , you were sure ki pehle se acha college mil jayega?? Please tell me , like i got this fear ki if i get some college in starting rounds and i pass it will i able to get good ones or i have to regret this my whole life :/
Didi please tell me how is living in Delhi with out AC and also the food of the mess of Miranda house , I read it’s terrible. Just because of these two reasons I’m thinking of going to Hindu college
0:19 being an ISC student those NCERTs are a nightmare for me. And also dont mind those people who say 728 is low cuz at the end those 800/800 were also sitting in the same class as you so 🙂🙂
@@ZoyaFatima hey, not saying the course you are doing is bad. It's just that the other courses at Miranda House, like Political Science or History, have much better scope, and are much more sought after than the other courses offered. Philosophy is a good course, just doesn't offer as much scope as the top courses I've mentioned above. Hope this clears the confusion

Diiii....Could you please tell how you were able to apply for philosophy honours despite the fact that for admission in du, one can only apply for those courses that he or she chose in their 12th class ? Let's suppose I haven't taken philosophy in my 12th grade class, so can I apply for the same, or would my request be rejected??
Hey ! You can apply for philosophy even if you didnt have that subject in 12 you just have to choose one language and 3 domain subjects(the ones you had in 12) that will make your merit for admission
