Before listening Close your eyes Present yourself in the court of God Almighty Then listen to it with great concentration with closed eyes (keep eyes closed until the recitation is finished) When the recitation is finished Open your eyes and take half glass of water Close your eyes again and say “ALLAH” thrice quietly in your heart with full engrossment Then drink the water with closed eyes in three sips

Suicide or giving up is not the solution. Instead of seeing the negative side of your life see the positive side you already did so many stuff for you to make you stand here just few more steps left. Don't give up and whenever you have thoughts like this just take 3 deep breath and say to yourself that yes I can do it don't loss hope . Pray share your things to allah he will definitely listen you and guide you towards your goals.

As-salaam Alaikum Sister You can try to change your child's diet and get the heavy metals out of his body . You can check out thus guy by the name of Gary Null . He can be found on RU-vid. He has helpful videos on RU-vid and has credentials to prove what he is talking about. He does a radio show every day in New York called The Gary Null Show at noon. You can take a look at his old shows and maybe you can still call in. I may not agree with him on every subject but I find some of his information to be valuable. I can not give medical advice but InshaAllah you can find some help. May Allah bless you and your family and help you in every way. You also might want to pause or stop vaccinating your child . Read the insert on the inside box of the vaccine, yes some of them can cause autism and yes some people lie about this fact.
