@thinkmanworld Yes, the engine will continue to use the original fuel. Oxy-hydrogen gas is used as an additive to the intake air to enhance combustion.
Correct, hydrogen and oxygen combine to water vapor. But as the system is only working when the engine is running, the small amount of water vapor generated is leaving the engine with the exhaust gases. We do not reprogram the ECU or anything of that nature, as this would be considered illegal tampering with the emissions control system in many places.
The answer is in the post you replied to: the engine will continue to run, but fuel will be burned less efficiently. If the Oxy-Hydrogen generator is turned off, your vehicle will operate on the original fuel only.
How do you compensate for the cars computer detecting Oxy-Hydrogen? If you do not change the computer’s emissions control it will only deliver savings for a short time. Right?
As said before, actual fuel savings depend on many influencing factors... environmental, driving habits and so on. Again, we can not add devices to control the vehicle's computer system, as this would be considered illegal tampering with the emissions control system in many places. It is up to the user to install some 3rd party device on his own risk, if desired.
what I mean, if you run out of water does it make electric probes to over heat? I understand that this only helps burn the fuel better and is not primary power. Does system get overheated or damaged if you don't put water in for some time?
A conventional petrol engine would work with our system. But you would still need your normal petrol fuel. The volume of HHO gas produced by our system is not sufficient to run the engine on this gas only. Also, you would most likely run into issues with ignition timing, cylinder lubrication and cooling if you would run on this gas exclusively. Our system is designed to produce HHO gas as supplementary additive to propagate more complete and efficient combustion of the original fuel.
O_O damn!!! this is like, a solution for everyone! people who wanna drive fast n furious and tree hugggers, and those who're simply concerned with the enviroment!! ok,so maybe it doesn't appease the eco extremists, but, what effeciant product CAN? better HP AND better eco? nice!
The models on sale have sensors to detect a low water level. The machine would inform the user/driver, shut down temporarily and therefore prevent damage to the system.
@KPAracing Our standard model for passenger cars (EP-C50) is currently set up to operate at 7.5Amps and produces about 25L/h. Optionally we can set the units to 15Amps, which gives about 50L/h. We can also provide larger units for use in buses, trucks and Diesel generators.
@carlos salinas: It is not mandatory for any petrol engine to work using Epoch oxyhydrogen fuel system but it could be more beneficial for engine life, reduce fuel consumption, fuel efficiency and reduce emissions drastically.
If the Oxy-Hydrogen generator should stop working temporarily (e.g. due to water shortage) the engine will continue to run, but fuel will be burned less efficiently.
i have a 3.3 litre grand voyager and it drinks my fuel like i do water! i'm getting about 18-23 mls per gallon. i would like to invest in one of these but will i need an E.F.I.E or a M.A.P enhancer module also will this unit come with a modulator, if its required? thanks for the video, please reply.
@thinkmanworld We can not guarantee any fuel savings. This simply depends on too many factors, e.g. driving conditions and habbits, ambient/climate conditions, local fuel quality, engine setup and size. This does not mean that one can not achieve any fuel savings when using the system. We simply can not guarantee any numbers. The main points for using this system are lowered exhaust emissions, increased engine performance and carbon deposit removal, which improves the overall efficiency.
Yes, this system is a dual-fuel system. So you still use your car's original fuel (gasoline, Diesel etc.) and just add some hydrogen-oxygen gas to the intake air mixture.
And does this system create more HP, by how much etc. Would adding salt ( I've heard ) or some other "stuff" make conductivity better and be more efficient ? I wanna try and play w my bike...
hye there...anyone can help me to understand clearly about hydrogen...because i think i want to use the hydrogen in my FINAL PROJECT YEAR.. my idea is want to build the system that can use the hydrogen as a fuel to generate electricity...the hydrogen is come from electrolysis process which is powered by solar..(i'm sory my english is not good).. solar energy-->chemical energy--> electrical energy--> chemical energy--> mechanical energy--> electrical energy...i realy hope anyone can help me or give some feedback..tq
We will not supply EFIE or MAP/MAF enhancers, as these device are deemed illegal in many places. Please consider purchasing these devices from a different source if you would like to use them on your own risk. Please note that we do not sell the oxy-hydrogen (HHO) generators as "fuel saver devices". Main purposes are exhaust emissions reduction and maintaining a better engine condition. Please feel free to contact our sales staff for further information.
How much more power exactly is hard to tell, because that depends on too many influencing factors, environmental as well as vehicle condition related. As distilled water does practically not conduct electricity, we add sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide as a catalyst at the first fill-up. Then plain water only.
water is created when hydrogen and oxygen are ignited, wouldn't that fill the piston bay with water? and wouldn't you have to reprogram the engine's computer unit as more fuel is injected to the engine?
so the main problem face your machine is that the lake of electricity yes or no because i working in that idea too from a 6 month ago and i wasn't knew that it's all ready exist but good job people :)
@JasonDamisch Please explain yourself a little more clearly! We do NOT want to run the vehicle on oxy-hydrogen (HHO) gas exclusively, just add some gas into the intake air stream which improves combustion of the normal liquid fuel. This operation concept is not violating any law of physics.
