Thanks for this video. Didn't know dual key units are sharing same wifi, letter box and utility account. I think dual key is suitable for people who want to live with their parents or in-laws but at the same time want to enjoy their own privacy. You mentioned Geylang - Sims Urban Oasis come to my mind as this project has many dual key unit types.

U can't have two fiber point in one address. So u are using the same Internet system.

@@AaronLin88588488 I thought each address is installed with 2 TP points. You can subscribe to 2 different ISP lines.

Yes you can but pay and pay and pay, you need to pay extra to release the 2nd point. And also the point is normally at the DB box at the main door. So you need to do your lan and router setting properly if not you won't get good coverage. Same as what I explain for meter. It's not going to be cheap and easy and direct.

I got a dual key to stay, don’t feel anything wrong. More like you need to know what you want. The tenant issue you mentioned, I feel is more of people & location selection.
