I can see the need for quad piston nutt brakes for heavy escooters 100lbs and above that are capable of top speeds in the range of 60 to 70mph where more braking power is required. I have the standard 2 piston nutt brakes that provide excellent braking for my 80 to 85lb scooter that is capable of doing 50mph. I agree with Yuri when he gave the reasons for having quad piston calipers on the heavy high speed Dualtron 3 because the quad pistons while providing additional stopping power do so by preventing or greatly reducing that dreaded brake fade condition. Keep up the good work as you continue to provide valuable content to the PEV community that helps to us informed👍👍

Since it’s always in dual motor is the eco mode or whatever it has enough to slow it down so you can accelerate very soft and slowly and then click it off when you want to have fast acceleration? Is that possible with the thunder 3? Or is it always an aggressive acceleration even with eco mode ?

I love that it looks subtle! The Wolf King GTR & the older Dualtrons are pretty tacky looking, like toys. I'm in my 50s so the problem is most likely my taste, but it's good to see anyway.

The charging plug on the deck are now plastic and get destroyed if something hits it. The charging plug is also shaped different, so your old charger won't work. The app for the lights could use work, there's no option for static colors and there's no memory, so every time it resets to random. The scooter is awesome, get a seat!

The one thing you guys have to watch out if you own this dualtron 3 is that little silver Cylinder piece thats inside that folding mechanism. That folding lock design i see is the same as my teverun supreme and it can crack in half depending how hard you hit a bump or speed hump. Im not sure if anyone who owns a dualtron 3 has had that happen to them as of yet.

Yea brotha spread the word for me about that B.S the little cylinder silver pin cracked two times in a row. I have shorts video about that on my channel if you think I'm bluffing lol. But yea when you look at my video the dualtron 3 has the same design as the supreme so I'm not 100% sure if I want to buy that dualtron 3 cause I dont wana to go through the same s hit as my supreme lol.

But um I'm not sure if I can identify any more issues on that dualtron 3 because I don't own it. Though I have the money to buy it but just not convinced because I see has that crappy little cylinder silver pin like the supreme that can crack in half depending how hard you hit a bump on the road or speed hump lol. Bro the second time mine cracked I wasn't even going that fast I went through a speed hump either I heard a strange noise where the folding mechanism is or felt the stem was a lil wobbly and I said fawk God damn it don't tell me that s hity little cylinder pin cracked on me again lol.

@@RideWithAnthony most important is water resistance, with dualtron i worry about rain, but now with Nami i ride it in heavy rains, also suspension on the Nami is pillowy soft i love it so much , build quality is also top notch feels sturdy like a tank, battery life on a Sinewave is also efficient even on a 28Ah it can go at least 100km on a single charge in D Mode at least for my weight im 81 Kilos , taller stem with no wobble, wider deck , aesthetic also looks very futuristic , too many to mention others that i like 🙌🏼 oh and price wise with all that tech, real value for money 🤩🤩🤩🥰🥰😍😍😍

Yo ant big fan bro. I got tht t3. Let me tell you the problems i have with this big boy. I do 40 miles a day with her, I live in jersey and work in da city. I got about 500 + on it. 1st day I got it the right side stem led was not working, called mini motors in Cali and they tried me diag but the stem light is shot, so I been waiting for 2 months now for the stem light. It's not tht bad to take it out. 2nd the stem latch has a screw which uses a flame head end and tht shit keeps coming out, had to apply a shit load of lock tie on it and I secured it with a velco strap. I weight 215 so I do 41mph on her on eco mode when I go to work. Its not bad butt every Sunday now I check for lose bolts and nuts, I travel to far with here to break down. This scooter is more like a live and hate relationship, lol. But one thing I can't complain, is the guys a minimotorusa in Cali are very helpful and friendly, when I call they answer and when I email tht response the next day. Should link up and take u for a Cruz in nj on our scooters. To many ppl do nyc

Damm bro 40 miles everyday is a lot of miles are you planning to add a seat? Yeah as uri said the stem light is harder to fox cause the stem is different. The lock tight make sure that screw don’t come out. I also use both lock right and a zip tight. My biggest fear is the stem breaking. Ride safe bro

yo much love for real!! it's the perfect balance between a class 2 and class 3 scooter. It's still as DIY as the OG max and has little features that honestly make it feel familiar and new but so much fun. I ride it from BK to Rockaway beach sometimes (when the police don't stp me on bike lanes) and the 20 - 22mph boost is so nice. You'll love it. Just ride safe as always!@@TheChadSmithPodcast

Good video and yeah, that is very heavy for some stairs. Nice looking scooter but a bit pricey. That strap seems like a good idea but God forbid that eyelet comes loose, that scooter on someones foot will for surely be broken.

Great video 👍🏼 lowered my thunder 3 to the lowest setting. Looks badass. You have to make a new bracket to raise the horn up. Otherwise it hits the tire over bumps. Safe travels

Having a password is a straight downgrade from a fingerprint reader. Really disappointed with this "upgrade", considering the speed and range gains are marginal when you look at the massive weight gain from Thunder II.

4:02 50% left 31miles range so 60miles? how much range they promises. it says 100km range 100% but promised 170km? not happen dual motors allways on. it ry it 50% power. acceleration slowest, battery saving on drived legal 25kmh. it was not 175km they promised. it was less than ultra v2 can go with one motor!!! some one messed up. someone told 100 and it was missunderstanded miles thats where 170km come if 21100milesrange but its not. money back? well you can accelerate 1 second pull throotle for 5 second and let it roll it go 4/5 longer distance. it wont still go 170km LOL ultra v2 go 150km even they promised 120km lol lol lol this should go 200km when saving battery but it wont there is no singlke motor mnode!!?!? dual motor is just get to same speed faster and eat battery. i want single mode firmware update. turbo is useless button it wont do anything. same as double tap throttle nothing happen. mayby bcoz i have all low setting to safe battery and tires. why it default factory setting eat rubber when starting. to make dick hard awesome scooter, but it wont go 170km range. that was only thing i bout it. not speed just range
