Just total absolute tension held throughout the entire song. It doesn’t break until the last few measures and then you hit it with that final bass growl! Uggh! Fucking awesome!!!!
Curious if you're referring to the Portland Maine show? If so I'll b mad af...had tix.for.that show but didn't make it and I discovered DT maybe around that time frame and LOVE
Why doesn't this have more likes? It's fucking next level amazing, and people are going ape shit over the soul less pop music inundating the air waves today:( Ugh,it's so frustrating to live in a world full of imbeciles.
I felt the same way upon first listen, but I think it’s a deliberate artistic and personal statement. I think it’s supposed to feel open ended (like it just falls off by the end) in order to say that they are giving themselves the space and freedom to do whatever they want. I think all the soft moments at the end are to counter balance all the heavy and reggae songs from the past, and I think they’re ready to become more consistent. I think we can expect more releases soon, and more styles/genres incorporated, which is a good thing. At least, this is how I’m interpreting it.
@@ukaszk.8941 Well they even said they created majority of the album on remote locations... I can hear the lack of mutual chemistry on this record. Still dope music tho, I just liked the previous albums more, they were more groundbreaking, involved more experimentation, crazier rhythms and more sudden genre switches... Previous albums just gave me countless WTF!? moments unlike this one, too predictable...
