I knew the provinces with spicy cuisines but have never heard of the crazy dish names.

That Sangqi chicken is one you must try then -- and hunt down some Sichuan dry pot chicken too (not at this spot, but I'll to find and feature that on another video). Those dish names are wild, 200/100 on the creativity scale! 😂

@@nakinc it’s the craziest name, I need to find out why it’s called that. It’s basically a cold dish of thinly sliced beef and beef lungs, tongue, stomach, etc 😉
