Chef's advice: You can add molasses for a more fluid consistency, or if you want it to be more crispy, you should add more butter and cook it until it turns yellow.
@@gdawgwfr of course I’m just kidding but if you think carefully chocolate has milk, sugar, cacao, emulsifiers etc. ; kataifi has flour, water, maybe egg and pistachio cream has pistachio, sugar, emulsifiers etc. Inside. So giving the finished product can’t be a cheating if you’re allowed to say 4 ingredients for these.
I like how he added the crunch effect because it wasn’t actually tempered and you can tell by the way it doesn’t snap and is stretchy when he goes to snap it in half.
@@Jasprz if you have eyes and ears and you are at least 5% smart. You can see that in the last frame he devours the chocolate, not biting. And the crunch sound effect still goes.
@@Aresu. your audio is most likely lagging cause mine doesn’t do that?? That’s a YOU problem buddy so don’t embarrass your self and find something else to do
@@Jasprz Haha my friend it's obvious lol. Lagging? What are you talking about 😂😂😂. Blame it on the lag. Go read a book or smt. If you cant see it maybe you have a brain injury or smt. Who made you his lawyer. Damn. Hahaahah

Bro I wish Patrick was my friend. I started watching him on my birthday in June and started watching him since then and my birthday is coming next month.
Literally tempering was invented to store chocolate. There is no culinary advantage, in fact a disadvantage in tempering. When would people stop that obsession.
@@d7home2129 there is a culinary advantage, texture. Room temperature tempered chocolate snaps when broken, room temperature untempered chocolate bends and tears when broken. So untempered is more mushy.
I just randomly stumbled upon this video and can I just say you gave off so many positive vibes from a 30 second long clip I just wanted to tell you. Love your smile and this video was also so much fun to watch! Stay blessed buddy❤️🌷
