Heavy rainfall flooded homes and streets of Dubai after it received a year’s worth of rain within hours. Massive traffic jams were observed on Highways and streets as rainwaters halted several vehicles in the middle of the roads. People were seen pushing cars in waist high flood water. Floodwaters entered major luxury malls in the city.

Guys..lets not be quick to comment. This is a typical natural disaster- that is happening world over- even where cloud seeding doesnt happen. FYI cloud seeding doesn't have the power to do this, as its a flash flood.

Its just that they have to include flood channels to drain water as in other cities here in the West. Vegas was flooded a few years ago and now they have that system. West is re-modelling their cities for this eventuality.
