On the one hand, you have evidence from satellite imagery of several upper-level low clouds forming over the sea area West of Dubai. Then being blown eastwards all over of UAE. The rain started late Monday and lasted all of Tuesday. 4 systems at least. On the other hand, we have people like you with zero evidence. The “least amount of work” type of commenters.
