@@michaeladoyo8702 First understand, then comment. I meant in general that in Dubai there are many workers from different countries, Asia, Pakistan, India...
Luv these Dubai videos of malls, grocery hauls and food courts. 👍 The food seems to cost the same there. Here in the US we pay taxes on our food purchase, but in Dubai it seems the price reflects that. It's just that here on our receipt we know what percentage went towards taxes, over there the illusion is there is no tax but the prices are the same as if the food was taxed. No difference. Prices are more or less the same.
@@dolmapradhan9008 yup I'm aware. I believe it was implemented back in 2018. Interestingly enough, even with higher taxes here, UAE is just as expensive with a 5% VAT. I could pay an 8-9% tax here on a basket of goods and it will come out to approximately the same in UAE. The only thing UAE has working in its favour is no income tax. Once that's implemented things won't work in their favour anymore from a talent retention and business standpoint.
I would have to say I don’t agree. I moved to Dubai from New York and sadly have probably eaten at almost every restaurant in the mall 😆 The prices here are much lower for food. My son 12 loves Charley O’s chicken steak and a meal with drink may be 18-30 AED vs a NY fast food meal can be north of $12 The market is a whole different story! Groceries are absolutely lower here. A ribeye steak may run 40 + AED in New York faaagggeeedddaaabbbooouuudit 😆
Wow….just like in Singapore…….tourists have many varieties of food to choose from……And the important thing is…..all are halal. I will visit Dubai soon…😍😍😍
Love Dubai Mall, the biggest in the world. You won’t get lost because there’s a lot of Filipinos willing to help. Food hall is big and Filipino restaurants are plenty.

I actually like it the problem is similar with the bookstore- even if one shop or few shops don’t make that much profit - „it“ as a whole is still profitable.
DUBAI. A indústria de tecidos COTEMINAS, em Santa Catarina, tem um trabalho muito importante na preservação do meio ambiente do Planeta. Vale um tempinho.

This makes no since. Why would I fly 13hrs around the world, to Dubai, to eat at a food court that serves everything I can eat in any mall in America? Where do the local folks who live there eat or shop. They were not in the food court here!
Locals both eat in the food court and shop in stores. They are the same people as everyone else. Or do you think that all the locals look somehow different and all of them are sheikhs?🙂
My god - Dubai looks totally LIFELESS and horrible. No one dares take pictures for fear of arrest and fines. The place just looks horrible. Why would anyone go there? Total DUMP.
Hello! The Dubai videos are very good! Can you tell me if you can smoke in Dubai? Are there designated smoking areas? Thanks in advance for your reply!❓
@@aloneindubai Thanks for the answer, that's reassuring. I knew that you can't smoke in public places, and I've seen a lot of videos about Dubai, but I didn't see anyone smoking in any of the videos.🙏🙏🙏😀
