1. Enter the pool without assistance
- You can jump in to the pool, dive in or step in
2. Get out of the pool without assistance
- With out using the pool steps and also using steps
3. Swim 50 mtrs under 60 seconds
- 2 laps in a 25mtrs pool & 1 lap in 50 mtrs swimming pool
4. Swim 200 mtr without stopping
- 8 laps in a 25mtrs pool & 4 lap in 50 mtrs swimming pool
5. Tread water for 2 or 5 minutes
- Your hands have to be out of water, needs a deeper pool
6. Lift-up a dummy from pool floor
