Love Pampanga and your home is very nice. It’s simple compared to North America but it’s all you need and looks wonderful. If you have been back in a few years, you should go check it Clark. Last time I visited I flew SAN Francisco to Soeul Korea to Clark. Saving that 2-3 hour drive each way was so nice but it was more expensive flying into Clark. Edit - just got 41 minutes in and you’re going to Clark. Should go to crabs n crack if you like seafood. Tom n Tom’s is great there too.

Your family is very lucky to have you pay for everything so they can live a good life in your country . Every place gets old and every place things wear out it's no big deal. That's part of owning a home unfortunately. Many others live in much worse homes or doesn't even have a home. Money only goes so far and one person can only do so much my friend. yeah i got sick when i went back there. went there like around FEB and i got sick for the rest of my vacation. came back in cali like around MAY. hard to catch up with the weather over there. its freakin hot and humid. so get an anti-biotic asap.

You can only stay more than 30 days in ph IF you have a visa or dual citizen. You can enter ph with US passport without visa but can only stay up to 30 days max. As far as I know its always been like that.
