@@MrTuyab NO NEED OF INTERNATIONAL LICENSE if you have a valid UAE License And Fines clear krne b zarori nai, pehly check krte the fines ... ab last kuch time se fines ka b nai pochte, just car must pe register under your name, car valid Mulkiya, and your UAE Driving licence is required
Hi Brother, I am a UAE resident and my father has multiple entry UAE Visit Visa. Can my father go with us on Umrah by road and come back as he has multiple entry Visit Visa. (Provided he got valid Saudi visa)
As per law, you must have UAE residence and Saudi Visit Visa to travel by Road on personal car. But your case is a little different because your father has multiple entry visit visa of UAE not the residence. Ideally it should smoothly work because he has multiple entry visa which is good for his entry when you will be travelling back to UAE. But I still highly recommend to contact immigration helpline and double check the rules for your scenario before leaving to avoid any inconvenience on border.

Wa Alikum Salam ... All you need is 👇🏻 Saudi Visit Visa. A car on your name. Car's UAE Mulkiya. All Car fines cleared. Your Emirates ID. Your Passport. All documents with more than 3 months expiry. And you are good to go. You will buy insurance on time of border crossing and need to present car owner on that time ... Any other formalities will be in extras. I have more than 10 people in my circle who went in last 2 months and this was all they needed.
As per regulations, you are required to clear all UAE fines before crossing border. In some cases, if you got super duper lucky they might let you cross the border, but not worth the risk ...

You just need a car under your name with valid UAE Mulkiya and all fines cleared. If its not under your name then Car Owner must be with you during travel and must be presented on time of border crossing. You will buy car insurance on time of border crossing. That is all you you need. NO NEED of any other formalities e.g. Trip Ticket, Car Clearance, NOC or anything like that ... These will be extra and overkilled formalities which are not part of actual requirements.
