A Friday spent in DCA edited down to 30 minutes. Including interviews with Denis Frimpong and Shem Rock, as well as footage of Collie Mahon doing some 1-1s, kids classes and people of all ages doing a bit of sparring together.
The first but hopefully not the last visit to DCA. The vibe here is really great. And what Collie is doing is so important to the young people of the area.
