This is one of my favourite films of all time. It really captures the magic of the place, the atmosphere of the city centre at night, the ghosts of the Black Pool hug the very air you walk in. I used to love booking a couple of nights stay in Dublin and visiting all the places in this video. Can't wait to do so again once all the current noise fecks off out of here.
Yes a strange and haunting energy descends upon the old city as the sun goes down which is hard to describe. Especially along the north quays from the Customs House to Parkgate.
This video blew me away when you started talking about the Hell Fire Club and Stillrgan Obilisk. I grew in about 300m from the Obilisk. I remember when it was the grounds of the old manor house before the housing estate was built. Later on. My best friends rented an apartment in the old manor house that was sub divided for over 10yrs. I walked past this thing for years without ever thinking much of it. Crazy. I have a big connection to the Hell Fire Club also. We used to camp up there with the scouts and I always felt uneasy while being up there. The ghost story we would tell each other were legendary. I will cherish those memories for my entire life.
I was going to write half a book comment until I realized it would take three hours and two bottles of wine to discuss how thought provoking this film is. You set me at war with myself sometimes Thomas and light the way to working out my own psyche. It's not easy but necessary. Thanks man.
Great film Thomas, of all your polymath pursuits, your documentaries are maybe your best creations. The ethereal sounds and dream like images take this fascinating knowledge over the top, again well done.
One of your best documentaries yet Thomas. I always knew freemasonry and the occult was of significance in Ireland but I didn't realise to such an extent, very enjoyable as it links to our past and the formation of this Republic beyond the sanitised version fed to us as children.
I've lived in all parts of Ireland, but I feel a connection with Dublin that does beyond the mundane feeling of "home". It's a shame to see what the globalists are turning it into, but videos like this allow us to remember what it was, and what it could have been.
Thank you. Very informative. The harp is also a symbol of the Lyra Constellation. The Lyra Constellation contains the star Vega. Vega is very near the Solar Apex. The Sun, Earth and us are headed in that direction. Vega is the bright star that is also a future pole star. The harp or lyre being played, Lyra, calls the Sun to it. The Lyra Constellation is the chalice as well. Lyra is a triangle on a parallelogram. The Solar Apex is at 30 degrees North, as is Cairo and the Giza Pyramids. The harp is an ancient symbol within the astronomical lexicon standing for the most important place in the night sky, the destination. Even though it may have been used by ignoble, evil traitorous treacherous slaughtering bastards-the beauty of the harp, the Solar Apex and the island of Ireland are a good match as far as symbolism goes. Thank you, again.
Tremendous film, well worth a second viewing. Dublin earned the title of 'Second City of the Empire', not owing to its preeminence within the United Kingdom (although the city could have earned this title in it's own right), rather as the second city that was laid out by the Crown (after London) and built according to the Masonic principle of 'As above so below'.
Incredible . Changed my view of Dublin . I guess I’d suspected it as I always found dublin heavy and spooky . Alistair Crowley really did that ??? He bit my grandmothers hand at a dinner party in 1930s in London . He said it was a serpents bite and it really hurt her . Could he have done sth untoward ? She got bipolar disorder in 1940, but it was genetic , and trauma induced .
Excellent documentary Thomas. I studied architecture in Dublin and worked there for a time. I always felt an evil presence lurking which made me very uncomfortable. I probably should never have stayed there. Dublin is lovely to visit- If you avoid the night life- A pub or two is OK but only in small doses. I wouldn't live there.
Fantastic Thomas, I live in a place called black pool down south, sent shills up the spine. Should be a tour set up by you and run by a local dub. Saw amazing tours done with actors of the history of buildings and famous people in Edinburgh, very powerful, even involved a pub crawl/ tea total beveraging ta wet the lovely whistle. We should be all working together and making a joint life for ourselves, all the creatives. You have my contact through Gerry. We'll eventually meet again. Shine on. Phoeagdor
Been watching a lot of your back catalogue cherry picking you could say,but this is a plum.Excellent information and I can only agree licenced slaughter so upsetting 👏👏
There's a water slick that originates from somewhere on top of the Hellfire Club, and makes its way down into Tallaght. I saw it last time I was up there, at the end of a roasting Sunday evening as the sun went down some weeks ago, and I noticed the out of place sheen of moisture in the dirt road myself and my friend walked down. The official way up also had signs of erosion, likely from deluged nights of rainfall. But the waterlogged, muddy path on a level part of the path down, was quite out of place.
The cross inside the ouroboros at 9:24 has connections to John Dee, perhaps the society dedicated to Pallas Athena as well though I can't remember their name, and don't really know much about them.
@@ThomasSheridanArts Thanks for producing the most prolific and consistently highest quality of content body of documentary work I have ever seen, simply amazing!!!
The architectural is Tartairan and has little to do with Freemasonry other than they claimed the buildings and placed their facades and plaques on them!
Oh yeah , and the threading of a needle is really the controlling of the phalus by the female principle . I could go on , but I couldn't be bothered . It might lead to a psychotic episode .
Slightly off topic, but I can remember an episode of Only Fools and Horses, where Del Boy got black balled at the Free masonic Hall, by his old school car salesman mate! Ha Ha just remembered. Ta mates.
