Thanks buddy, I think at the time I was using a Rebel T2i, either that or a Canon 7D, both will have similar video results. You aught to hear it now that it has 1080cc high comp pistons. It truly is a monster.
Hard to name just one place. I've had a boat load of work done by Matt Carr at Ducati Indianapolis. I highly recommend those guys. But the parts themselves have been bought many places.
Quick question for anybody to answer... Is there a conversion kit you can put on a 2006 monster 620 that will put the exhaust on one side? I love the look of the pipes on one side.
Given that you can buy an s2r1000 for around $6k, and you can sell a 620 for around 3 to 4k, might as well just trade up. IMO. Plus you can generally find an S2R1000 that someone already dumped a bunch of money in like mine.
Because i have a same arrow exhaust like yours but I have a backfire problem, so how can i fix it? A lot of shops told me I have to purchase the Ducati Racing ECU to fix it but it will cost $1700... how does the Rapid Bike engine CPU for fuel mapping works?
I have a Rapid Bike computer but we never were able to get it mapped right until I had my OEM ECU reflashed with Ducati Performance ECU code. Accomplishing the same thing as buying a ducati performance ECU. because this bike is a closed loop emisions bike, with out the DP ECU you can't tune the bike below about 5k rpm because it wants to use the O2 sensor for that. . The DP ECU is the only way to get around the O2 sensor problem. The systems designed to fool the 02 sensor don't work.
Nope, that's why they put a single sided swing arm on the S2Rs. Like most things its not worth the cost to build a Honda civic that will beat a Lamborghini. If you want a Lamborghini buy one don't make something it isn't.
