Ducati Scrambler Full Throttle

It should be! The chassis and engine are both the same, but the Full Throttle has some different appearance items and a sportier ergo setup

Not going to knock you around like a lot of street bikes. This would be fine! It's nice and low which makes all the difference.

Any of the Scramblers are going to be a solid beginner bike that you won't grow out of too fast. They're powerful enough to handle any kind of street riding but they're not going to throw you off the back. The full-throttle trim is more of an aesthetic upgrade, so if you happen to like any of the other Scrambler variants they'll generally feel about the same

Just dropped the link in the description! Just a heads up, it's kind of narrow so it's going to crush your ears. It's great for around town but not the best for longer rides.
