Thanks mate, Diavel is a hella more torque. This has got some torque but when i rode it it revs abit higher and torque comes on abit later in the power band, probably down to way the engine is set up? Streetfighter being a V Twin and Diavel being a L Twin possibly. The Diavel when the torque hits around 4-5k really pulls your forward, the Streetfighter is more subtle.
@@jesseonamotorcycle oh you thinking of getting a Streetfighter instead now? They are both good bikes. Streetfighter not as comfortable as the XDiavel. But you could feel how much lighter it was than the XDiavel, much easier to handel.
@@jesseonamotorcycle ive not rode the V4, but yeah much more expensive. Im guessing engine will feel completely different than the V2. Test ride needed i think!
Ive not ridden the V4 yet planning on doing it soon, and will get a review up for you guys. But the XDiavel is different from the Diavel in terms of style which i prefer
Been waiting for KTM for an update of my 2007 v twin 990 duke. They served up a parallel twin 990 so have given up and now seriously looking at Ducati . Looks great.
@@Dipscovery Ok…my last bike was a Z900…if you rode one can you compare the V2 to the Kawi Z900?…I might go check this out at the dealer tomorrow but some dealers are picky on test rides…plus I might not wanna pull it off the flood tomorrow…would hate to ask for a test ride if I wanted more time to look around…
@@minusx31 never rode a z900 but i did ride a Z1000sx, they are 2 very different engines so you would definitely have to ride. The Kwak will be more comfy though.
How was its heat? I would like to know if you feel any engine heat or not. I love new Ducati Monster but I can not buy it because of its engine heat...
After about 30 mins of riding you do notice alot of heat around where your feet are, and your feet do get warm. You only really notice it stationary or at slow speeds, but its definitely there.
@@redg2blackfoot I'd deffo go and test ride both, as the engines are completely different. The BMW will feel more smooth being inline 4, the Streetfighter in my opinion will have alot more character but both are good machines.
I think you would be fine using it around town, the lower power mode would suit town riding. But there is not any options for storage on this bike if you need that for your daily commute.
