Great video welcome to the sport / muscle fold now you know what the torque of V does to your arms lol . I felt the same way as you when I got my m1800r (m109) and still do big chesser cat grins from ear to ear everytime I crack the throttle open never got tired of it . Went from riding big sports bike all my life to a cruiser and don't ever regret my purchase . Stay safe and always respect the torque beast !!

it sure is a beauty, but I don't.know.if we could call it best cruiser ever...they all have different aspects...personally I like the old Magnas...those things fly, and you get that older style harsh raw power ride..but I'm one of the guys who likes it basic. I don't really like the idea of traction control and add on, but I won't knock em until I try em...happy riding cruza man!

I rode the Diavel and liked it. But I really liked the Supersport as well. For just relaxing though, you can't beat the XD. My friend has 35,000 miles on his VROD so you CAN ride them distance. It's also about enjoying rides through the city as well, though in that environment I'm liking Honda's automatic transmissions a lot. This XD is a nice machine. It's all about the motor and enjoying the power.

I glad you finally got over your preconceptions and rode a Ducati. They are fun bikes with a lot of character! Enjoy. Must be freezing though.

Just wait for the Termi! The modes and customise are easy peasy you can set each mode to sport and have each one set with different suspension, traction control, and abs setting. I like to keep one mode at urban if you plan to ride in a city or around an event at slow speed.

FZ-10 would have matched your gear better

Let me make this clear... it only has 1 ECU. The Bosh electronics is the 6 Axis IMU ( Inertial Management Unit) which handles the cornering ABS. So it measures Pitch, Yaw, Roll, Lean, lateral acceleration and vertical acceleration (manages wheelies). Learning the Electronic should be a shinch. It's not even close to studying for a college course to use them. Most of the Bosh equipped bikes, Ex. ZX-10R/RR, R1M, RSV4RR/RF, HP4Race, S1000RR, GSX-R1000R etc have 5axis IMU and house the ECU as a 6th parameter. That being said they have very similar functions. So it would take 10-15 minutes at best to really understand how to use them well. Also using them doesn't make you soft. I used my electronics as a teaching aid. I took reference of how much application of brake or throttle I was using based on what ever mode I was in. It was a serious confidence booster. It also gave me a direct indication of what was good and bad application habits for the brakes and throttle based on those conditions. So use is as an Aid to teach not to Soly depend on. There may also be a custom mode to allow you to set up just how much interference you want. It really woukdnt be a bad idea to do have if it's avaiable. I'm thrilled to see you love it.
