The Duchess of Sussex has launched the Smart Works capsule collection in London.
On the rooftop garden of John Lewis & Partners, Oxford Street, the Duchess said she wanted women to empower other women by handing over something special to help someone else and being “part of another woman’s success story”.
She also said she wanted to help Smart Works concentrate on creating a community of women empowering each other rather than focusing on the idea of charity.
The charity, of which Meghan is Patron, helps women to dress and prepare for interviews by providing them with key work wear essentials.
Items within the collection include shirts, trousers, blazers, dresses and bags.
