There used to be a little fountain outside a building at the Australian National University that had this very problem. Academics, in conjunction with the grounds staff, set up a plank and some bricks every Spring so that little ducklings could clamber out. It was very sweet.

Shekels 1488 it’s evolution. The strongest survives and passes their genes to the next generation. The reason that’s not the deal for humans is because we’ve evolved to the point that we feel no need to. To kill off the mother would result in the further death of the babies and a slight decrease in the availability of genetic variation.

Don't try to relate to them, it will make you super sad lol Honestly, the suspenseful music evoked worry for some ducks in a silly situatuon and I made a joke about it y'all.

Aliens probably gave up on communicating or helping humanity to get out of the pool because we are not the adorable baby ducks. We are more like the algae destroying the nice clean water. I bet they are just waiting around for us to go extinct so they can come visit earth to meet baby ducks and stuff. Those guys are super cool. I helped a mama Duck one day when we noticed someone calling for help. My kids and I ran over to the community pool and saw about 12 ducklings trying to get out of a pool, one very similar to this one. It was very cold outside but I knew they needed help so we got in the pool and had to chase them around to catch them all. We finally got all 12 out and got them far away from the pool outside the fence. Mama was soooo happy!
