Technically Disney never registered the Trademark, and Duck Detective isn't a pun. So there's no infringement because there isn't an evil twin duck. And, ducktective doesn't talk. Plus, the duck dectective is obviously a former insurance agent.

Hey, you mentioned Duckman too. Its a shame that Season 4 ended on a cliffhanger and with Everett Peck dead, who knows who will continue the story of Duckman. I hope Comedy Central resurrects Duckman someday or even better, the first four seasons in Paramount+.

Duck Detective, this reminds me of Duckman, that adult animated show about a Duck who is detective and lives with Berenice, his sister in law and his children, Charles and Mambo and Ajax. Duckman has also his best friend and helper Cornfed Pig, who helps him in many situations.
