A flashback that I thought I lost. I noticed no gear on final and sprung into action. I guess the pilot realized something was wrong after he was over the numbers. 24 seconds into the video, It looked like they attempted to cycle the gear again. They landed safety a few minutes later.

Good save...and nice go around, didn't screw it up by retracting flaps.

I just saw when he was trying to get the gears down, the gear doors by the engine opened up and closed back look closely at 0:23

First the pilot forgot to put the gear down. OK that's embarrassing, so go around. Wait did we leave the flaps down fully deployed? Yes! Aviation is so great! It doesn't matter that most airplanes won't climb with the flaps fully deployed and forget about an engine failure! The sky is free!

Probably was a low pass

You dont do low passes with full drag flaps. No way. You lose an engine low with Full Drag flaps you are dead.

CFITOMAHAWK oh. Well this comment was a year ago when I had little to no experience in aviation but I do see your point

Well he for sure didn’t know his gear was down. Wondering why nobody in the tower didn’t warn him ,seeing PIA IS AN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. SOMEBODY IN THE TOWER SHOULD HAVE WATCHING HIM LAND.

Tower personnel are there to avoid collisions between aircraft, not pilots who don't use or follow checklists. All retract aircraft pilots learn "GUMPS" during their training which stands for Gear, Undercarriage, Mixture, Prop, Settings. This check should be done on final approach. This pilot missed this, as he should never have descended that low without three green landing gear lights illuminated. I wonder if this video will be noticed by the aircraft insurance company which would certainly require some additional training for the pilot in question.
