Shoppers at this South London Shopping Mall Get a BIG Surprise when these two dudes rock up to the piano ( situated in the shopping mall ) for 'double trouble' and play insane piano to the bargain hunters ... AND THEY LOVE IT!
Cheers to all the boogie woogie guys and Elsie to. We all been missing yall but have the boogie woogie best time Terry. I've got Miles of smiles now enjoyed it yall. God bless and hurry back 👏👏👏👏👏🎹🎹🎹🎹🎹🌴❤️🙏
I don't remember a specific version, but have always loved this folk song. It was so fun hearing it this way. Love how music transcends everything. They had a riot. I am 65. Love music.
@@tobeyknolls6924 The song is Red River Valley believed written in the 1890's and first recorded in 1927. Just a bit before Johnny and the Hurricanes. They gave it a rock rhythm and a matching title of their own. But that does not change the fact they ARE playing Red River Valley.
Still one of my all-time favorite tunes and Terry hits it out of the park every single time. The first video I saw of you is this song in an old pub with just a few people in it. Nobody suspected what was about to hit them. Even the biker in the place had to come show his respect for a man that rocked that old piano that had been sitting in the corner, used as a drink coaster, and buried under various sundries. Thanks for keeping the old tradition alive. I doubt you'd find many pubs in America with an open play piano.
@@TerryMilesPiano Thanks for the reply, Terry! I heard this song a long time ago when I was little because my Dad was a big fan of The Ventures and I heard their cover of it many, many times. I had no idea it was a boogie-woogie tune up of the ballad "Red River Valley." Let's have a great big, "YAY," for Terry Miles!
@@daleemrick9816 It is a up tempo version of that old ballad. I never knew it until I heard Terry play the original in his tune up for the hit from the 50's by Johnny and the Hurricanes.

Could see that young guy was just itching to play, anx the other guy was itching to dance. I would have to danced to this great music. Terry does great videos. Love it.
Terry, your gifted!😮 Look at the joy you bring to those around you, including me! Your videos are a God Sent as I lay in pain recovering from surgery!!!!😅 Bless You Terry!
I love it when you play Red River Valley. I'm new to playing the piano, but I have been trying to learn this song. I can play a simplified version of it, I would love to be able to play it like you can some day!
People don't always mean things 100% literally. But I guess you are one of those that needs everything explained 😆 But if you actually could play the piano like this (which I am quite sure you can't but you think you can) you would know how much practice goes in to playing so fluently.
@@jaya.0069 Yea but I don't mind. Freedom of speech is the most important. We should not care. There is always some dhead in the room. We should focus on the good people which usually is the vast majority. 😄 Someone want's to be a dhead? That's allowed. They only make themselves look stupid😆

That song is "Red River Rock" made popular by Johny And The Hurricanes in the 1970s . I saw them perform it live back then at a county fair in upstate NY. The original is an old USA C&W song
Spot On, Barb5001 - (except it was the 1960s - made famous by Johnny And The Hurricanes). Thank you for watching and please remember to subscribe to my RU-vid Channel. All the boogie best. Terry Miles x
Reminds me of a delightful childhood. My Mother played this often. Like Terry she would change up the tempo. Sometimes sneak in another theme just to mess with is. Then end with the starting tune. Oh, & yell "gotcha!" Miss ya Mom.
Do you have a piano? I'll come around and play you a couple of tunes if you like - Are you in The UK? Thank you for watching my RU-vid Channel. Great to hear from you. All the boogie best. Terry 👍🎹
Yes, we do have a piano - sadly she has a low tolerance for my repertoire (wanna be dinner jazz) unless I play the songs from Sing, Sing2 or Frozen but she loves your songs and your stage presence! We live in Hatfield, Herts. Some nice very old pubs just down our street but no pianos sadly. You are always welcome to drop by!
Me too. I'll be 80 in February '24. Had the joy of all music genres from the 1940s onwards. Currently passionate about John Farnham, Aussie legend. Found lots of youtube videos of his concerts. Never heard of him? Aussie legend. "You're the Voice. Long Way to the Top. His version of the Beatles ' Help." .... And dozens more. Music is the blood of life. 3.1.24. UK. E ❤
