I feel the same about Whoop. I had it for a year and eventually canceled it in July. I felt it was inconsistent and it wouldn't auto detect naps or workouts. 🤷‍♀️

I was so hoping to see Haley on here talking about the games but I also get why she’s not. We were routing for her so much even yelling at the screen like she could hear us haha. We didn’t think anyone would beat Tia or Mat for that matter but we thought she could absolutely podium in 2nd or 3rd no doubt. For sure her ripping her hands that bad cost her the podium but what a frigen beast and warrior she is to push through over 100 plus pull ups after her hands were bleeding everywhere. No excuses, no complaining, just hard work. I mean that tells you all you need to know about that girl and how tough she is. I won’t lie Seeing her cry after the last event was tough for us. We really felt for her a lot. We were definitely giving her virtual hugs. I’m glad Tasia was the one there with her. Rich may have made her run another mile haha....kidding. She should be so damn proud of herself. Last year, first game’s, 6th place. This year 4th. She is without a doubt on her way to winning multiple CrossFit Games championships. I personally believe she is the next Tia. Once she gets her strength even with her engine? She will be very very tough to beat and I for one can’t wait to watch the journey. Favorite parts...... When Rich said "final step to death is the lack of thoracic rotation" 🤣🤣🤣 I lost it. Also when you're talking about greek/ fancy yogurt and Jim casually says "yoplait" I don't think anyone else heard him. 🤣🤣 Thank you for the laughs this morning, I needed it!
