It doesn't seem all that unique except for the flybridge. Seems like it doesn't have much in ventilation. More like they seem to be influenced in design by a monohull!

Would like to have seen the utility room and crew space

Seems like a lot of interior volume for the length. 4 good sized cabins, 5 heads, large salon, huge galley, etc. The engine rooms do not appear to be large enough to easily get into - that would be a real problem! You said it had been in charter for 2 years, so that boat is not for sale? The sales info looks to be for a new boat at around $1M base.
