Funny! My eyes seem to widen when I look at the camera. My daughter calls them my 'crazy eyes' and makes sure I don't have that look in family photos! I like to think they burn through to the souls of witnesses I'm cross-examining!
operating vehicle IMPAIRED. so lets say you have bad eye sight and cant drive after a certain time, getting caught doing so will give you an OVI. most pf the time they are not that rude but it can happen.
