The best rigging tutorial I've come across. Thanks! One question, do you know a good way to control the contents of a comp from a higher up comp? So say I have the eyes controller in my main comp, but the eyes are a seperate comp, and I control it from there? Would that be possible?

That was dang good! Right to the point. I love how you used a lot of available workflow shortcuts which a lot of tutorials miss. Like Alt to change the 'pen tool' to 'convert vertex tool', or dragging stopwatches to activate a lot of keyframes in one motion. Long ways around usually bug me. Pay attention to these things, people! Tutorials like this have more value than for just the subject matter - as in this case Duik, which I should really explore more. Shame on me ;) Thanks!
