Sure. I just wonder if the house is renovated recently, because it has been a bit forgotten and not taken care of.

Did you know that Philip leased the villa from Lord Mountbatten who bought it in 1929? As for whether it's been renovated or not It was put on the market for £5.3 million I believe in it's incredibly dishevelled state and the government of Malta knocked £2 million off of the sale price and as of 2020 were going to renovating it to turn it into a tourist attraction. Apparently nothing has been done four years later and the government is accusing the previous owners of letting it to fall in such disrepair so it would could be demolished and something else built there. But it was a 16,000 square foot home so it's a big project
