Duke Women's Basketball Head Coach, Kara Lawson, introduces this new series of Pick Up Progression drills on The Gun basketball shooting machine.
This first drill is a simple warmup drill focusing on one hard dribble, pickup and a shot. Coach Lawson has her players make 3 shots with pickups using the right hand, and then 3 shots with pickups using the left hand.
