Too many spices in comparison to weight of chicken meat. I would use half of the spices. Otherwise nice recipe. Keep up the good work. I am subscribing.
I recently started dabbling with cooking and being a born and brought up Secunderabdi / Hydaranadi - totally love our food. So last week - I followed this to the dot - and it turned out just so out of this world. Thank you for sharing this with all of us. I noticed - there are folks like Va Cheff and so may others - they like hide details of what they are adding and things like that. That's fine - they dont want to give away their recipes - so I dont ever watch those shady ones that talk and dont show all of it. This lady - sorry we dont know her name - but just gave us all such a good recipe and process - and for a fool in the kitchen - that pulled this for just following all her process and ingredients - believe me this is just an awesome and finger licking dish. Thank you so much for sharing this us. You are an incredible chef and I hope to learn a lot from you.
