Hello po. For Dumaguete, yes need to present Antigen test result upon arrival, valid within forty-eight (48) hours after the release of result po. From Dumaguete to Cebu naman, as per Cebu Pacific website kasi, nakaindicate na: For unvaccinated / partially vaccinated guests: Mandaue City / Cebu City: Negative RT-PCR test result, taken within seventy-two (72) hours before flight and/or negative Antigen test result, taken within forty-eight (48) hours before flight. Cebu Province: Medical certificate certifying that they do not exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 at the point of origin. The medical certificate should be issued within twenty-four (24) hours before arrival in Cebu. Although everytime na nagttravel kami going to Cebu, wala ng checking ng vaccination proof. Better po siguro to check with Cebu LGU yung latest policy po nila para lang sure po.

Hi! Since NCR is in Alert Level 1, there are no requirements needed to enter Manila po. If you don't have vaccination card as of the moment, wala namang magiging problem sa airport. But better if you have atleast the VaxCert since there might be establishments here in Manila na you want to enter po that will require you to present vaccination card or vaccination certificate at least. 😀

Hello! As far as I know, no need for authorization letter from parent. As long as you prepared yung documents nung bata such as boarding pass, ID and vaccination card if available.

And another thing you need to consider, if unvaccinated or partially vaccinated lang yung bata, the adult na maghahatid should be fully vaccinated. :)
