Each battery is 12 volts and 7 or 8 amps work fine.

Run time is about 30 minutes depending on the speed you drive.

The model is in Arizona and preferably pick up if you can. Where are you located?

Dumas told me on the phone they were thinking of bringing the kit back into production. Sometimes you can find them for sale on EBay or RC Groups.

@@robertschmidtrcmodelboats6483 Maybe we will be lucky enough for them to bring back the Prime Time Yacht Kit #1229.

@@Finnmarken91 I see them rarely on EBay for sale. I have one I am almost ready to paint in the spring of 2022. I hope to have it completed next year and I will show it on RU-vid. Maybe I will do a before paint video. It’s a tough model to build if you want it to look like a multi million dollar yacht. I was also able to see the full size yacht in Fort Lauderdale.

All that extra detail work sure paid off. The stock kits leave a lot to be desired.

Not selling mine but I built one just like it for a friend who wants to sell his for $2500. It’s in Rc groups in the classified with pictures. It is painted white but with no clear coat. My email is on the listing.
